Right to access your personal information: You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information (certain conditions may apply)

To correct your personal information, please contact us (info@igloofest.ca). If you have an account, it may be possible for you to correct or update your own information through your online account.
Right to have your personal information erased: In some cases, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data. This right is not absolute, as we may have legal or legitimate grounds to keep your personal information.
Right to object to the processing of your personal data: Subject to statutory requirements, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

Your Privacy Rights – California
Legislation in California provides that California residents are entitled to know how we respond to the activation of "Do Not Track" browser settings. Enabling this setting sends a special signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not consent to being tracked. At this time, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. If we adopt this practice in the future, we will describe how we do so in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
Legislation in California also permits residents of California to request information about the sharing of their personal information with third parties and, in some cases, affiliates for those third parties’ or affiliates’ own direct marketing purposes.
